Drafted for SharkVPN — the operator must confirm this against the real infrastructure, with final legal review, before publication.

No-Logs Policy

This page describes the SharkVPN no-logs policy in plain language. Before we take payments, the operator confirms every line of it against the real infrastructure, and an independent audit is planned — honesty first, marketing second.

What we never log

Your VPN activity is none of our business. We designed the service so there is nothing sensitive to hand over, sell or leak:

  • Your browsing history — which sites you visit
  • DNS queries you make inside the tunnel
  • The IP address you connect from
  • Connection timestamps and session durations
  • The amount of data you transfer (totals stay on your device for the app display only)
  • The content of your traffic — it's end-to-end encrypted and unreadable to us

What an account needs

Running a subscription takes a handful of records — and none of them say anything about what you do online:

  • An email address, to identify your account
  • A payment reference from Stripe, to manage your subscription — never your card details
  • Support emails you send us, so we can answer them across replies

Why a no-logs VPN is possible

Older VPN setups stored connection details "just in case". A WireGuard-first service doesn't need them: tunnels authenticate with cryptographic keys, sessions are stateless, and there is no session database to write to.

What that means in practice: if someone demands your browsing history, we have nothing to give them — not because we wouldn't, but because it doesn't exist.

We hold ourselves to this policy publicly. As the service matures we plan to back it with an independent audit and a transparency report, so you don't have to take our word for it.
